If your Indian business visa application is rejected, you can follow the following steps:
1. Understand why your visa was rejected
The Indian authorities typically provide a reason for the rejection. Review the response carefully to understand if it’s related to documentation, financials, purpose of the visit, or other factors.
2. Correct any issues
Ensure all your documents (like invitation letters, proof of business activities, financial statements, etc.) are in order and that there are no incorrect or missing documents.
Ensure you have included adequate proof for the purpose of your visit and confirm there are no errors in the application form before reapplying.
3. Reapply after fixing the issues
Once the issues are corrected, you can reapply.
Note that some embassies may recommend a waiting period before reapplying.

If the reason for rejection is unclear, you can contact the Indian embassy or consulate where you applied to ask for additional details and guidance.
