Eligibility
You can apply for the third year working holiday visa if:
You’re aged between 18-30 (not yet 31). The age limit for Canadian, Irish and French passport holders is 18-35 years (not yet 36)
You must still be eligible for the first year visa (for example – you have no criminal record, you have not breached any Australian immigration rules, you are in good health)
You have completed six months specified work in regional Australia while on your first Working Holiday visa
You can provide evidence of this specified work. Download the Employment Verification Form 1263 herе. This must be completed by each employer you have done specified work for during your second 12 months in Australia
