Depending on your country of citizenship, you may need a visa to carry out business activities in the UK.

What documents are required for the UK Business Visa?
The required documents for a UK business visa include:
Passport valid for your planned stay in the UK – there must be at least 2 blank pages – one for the visa label and one for the stamps
Completed application form
Biometric information. Depending on your nationality, you may need to provide fingerprints and a digital photograph as part of the application process
Invitation letter from the organisation you will be conducting business with during your visit
Travel details. This includes your date of arrival and date of departure, company (companies) to be visited.
Evidence of sufficient funds to sustain yourself during your time in the UK. For example, bank statements, evidence of employment or income, or sponsorship letters
Details of your accommodation, such as hotel reservation, a letter of invitation from a host, or other accommodation arrangements
Proof of ties to your home country to show that you have reasons to return after your visit to the UK. For example, evidence of employment, property ownership, family ties, or other commitments
What is the UK Business Visa processing time?
The standard UK Business Visitor Visa processing time is typically around three weeks after your submission appointment but the appointment wait time can be anywhere from a couple of days to a few weeks.
It is advisable to apply for your visa well in advance of your travels, as several factors can influence the processing time, such as:
Incomplete information: Not providing sufficient information during the application process can lead to delays, as additional information may be required
Embassy workload: Processing times may vary depending on the embassy’s workload at the time of your application
By considering these factors, you can better plan for your visa application and avoid potential delays.
The UK Business Visa cost depends on a number of factors such as:
Visa Agent fees – if you decide to avail of the Visa First services, the service fee for assistance with a UK Business visa application is 500 EUR
The requested visa duration – the base fee is about 140 EUR for a 6-month visa or 530 EUR for a 2-year visa
Appointment fees – the visa office offers a limited number of standard appointments without an additional fee. If you would like to avail of another type of an appointment (such as a Prime-time appointment or a Flexi appointment), there is an additional fee which is about 120-130 EUR
If you would like to avail of some of the additional services offered by the visa office such as return courier, the option to keep your passport while your application is being processed, SMS notification etc
If you would need priority processing in order to have your application processed within 5 working days from the submission date – the fee for that service is about 610 EUR
